Digital technologies has profoundly changed the notion of knowledge and teaching,which has impacted the classroom most,books are no longer only medium to study.Images are becoming a primary means of information presentation in the digitized global media. Pedagogy has become directly proportional to digital technologies now a days as it has improved the standard of learning easy demonstration has made it easier. Visual learning is used as object for learning and teaching like digital image , digital studio and various multi media platform.
Pedagogy
It is defined as art of teaching or education but it is not constraint to this definition only ,according to me it need to be explored through thinking and practice of educator accompanying learner.it is knowing what is best suited for different individuals, mutual understanding between teacher and learner.
Online learning
I prefer to learn by watching YouTube video because I feel by practical demonstration of some activity helps me to learn better.
Online Tools
There are heaps of online tools available to suit different person according to their requirement and usability.some of few tools that i have used are:

Wonderful Learning experience
when it comes to good experience about online learning I remember when I used to hit the gym back in India,I was pretty much crazy about fitness that i started doing fitness course which gives information about nutrition,supplement and workout exercise via you tube. I learnt from you tube how to do exercise correctly then practice them at gym and what amount of nutrition is required for body and on top of that it gave me good result in 2-3 weeks so that's how online learning was helpful to me

week 3 DLT in organisation
Digital technologies are important part of modern learning institutes as it has made life easier for students and teachers to enhance their skill.Three digital technologies that are used in institutes nowadays are projectors,WiFi internet ,laptops,tabs,i pads or computers(depending upon institute)&e learning software system.These technologies plays vital role in improving the quality of teaching and ease of accessibility.Students no longer needs to go back home and search for certain topics or things.
According to me Digital skills that 21t century teacher must have grouped into
Basic- Use blogs and wikis to create online platforms for students,Create and edit digital audio,Use digital assessment tools to create quizzes,Use digital tools for time management purposes,Create screen capture videos and tutorial,be able to detect plagiarized works in students assignments,Use video content to engage students,Understand issues related to copyright and fair use of online materials
Intermediate-Use Social bookmarking to share resources with and between learners,Use Social networking sites to connect with colleagues and grow professionally,Find and evaluate authentic web based content, Use note taking tools to share interesting content with your students
Advanced -Exploit digital images for classroom use,Use info graphics to visually stimulate students, Create and deliver asynchronous presentations and training sessions, Compile a digital e-portfolio for their own development, Use polling software to create a real-time survey in class,Use of online sticky notes to capture interesting ideas.

I have created my my first wiki page under url http://wikieducator.org/User:Varun77
it took quite longer time for me to create my page but after creation of my first wiki page i felt good its really nice to learn new thing and being an enthusiastic person i believe that i will learn more in upcoming classes.i was surprised when i edited my fellow mate page but overall good experience and hope to learn more in near future.
